One key to growth is anticipating the needs of your customers. While it can be a challenge to figure out exactly what new service or product they might need, we can safely say everyone likes information.
The business that educates and informs is often the most trusted, and trust wins clients. Blogs are a pretty easy way to provide that information and build trust. To see if your customers want you blogging, think about the questions they ask...
...and then answer them, in your blog, one post at a time.
Still not sure how a blog can grow your business? Email me. Let's dive-in.

Do customers want you to blog? Do you get a lot of the same questions over and over? If so, those used to be FAQ entries. A FAQ was often written in technobabble. When you create a blog post, it is often written in a more personal manner. At my last business, we used blogs to explain things to customers in a friendly and personal manner. And this was a great success for us, the blog took off quickly and we earned more business. Customers saw us as experts, answer providers instead of sales people.

Thanks for your comment Steve. I agree, a blog can be a great way to provide answers to customer questions...before they ask. Keeps the relationship strong, and saves staff hours on the phone providing support. Everyone's happy.

You might have visitors who are looking at your website and considering picking up the phone to call you - but they want a little more information. A blog is a great way to give it to them.
