2/12/07 -- Wheel Media recently launched a new online venture for a prominent New York attorney called SecureYourTrademark.com.
Working from a design provided from the client, Wheel created a search-engine-friendly site to offer affordable trademark registration legal services to clients across the nation and the world. The content is written to provide the entrepreneur with useful information related to copywright research and trademark registration, positioning the business as a resource as well as law practice.
Purchase options are simple and flexible, with forms that enable payment by eCommerce, fax or postal mail. Take a look at www.secureyourtrademark.com.

Looks like a really nice design-- they're also got a winner idea there, I think. I'm sure that the idea will catch on, but they've – by now – got a real corner on the market, and I doubt anyone else will be able to catch up in a hurry. Great idea on their behalf – and it seems that the client provided a great design. Looks a little too much like a Windows type of design, but it's nice nevertheless.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, this innovative approach to a common legal service is a powerful business idea. I don't quite follow your thought of a "windows design", but feel the look has been successful in building trust with prospective clients.
Best of luck to you.

I've heard that trademarks are kind of slippery - if you don't protect them and fight against infringement, you can lose them. Sort of like how people use brand names like kleenex and drano to refer to the product in general.
